 Melissa Donahue

Melissa Donahue is originally from Myrtle Beach, SC. She is a graduate of USC and holds a BA degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Media Arts. Melissa is the New Business Director for Greenspon Advertising Southeast in uptown Charlotte, NC. She has been married for 13years to Patrick Donahue and they have 2 children, Jordin - age 12 and Blaine - age 8.

Katie Greene

For Katie, dance encompasses joy, passion and fulfillment. Katie trained at the Susan Vaughn School of Dance in Michigan from age 4. At 14 she was teaching her own classes in ballet and tap. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a BFA in Dance, Katie danced on scholarship at Gus Giordano Jazz Dance and Joel Hall Dance Center in Chicago. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2001, she performed with and taught for the Media City Ballet in Burbank, CA.
Miss Katie was Dance Captain, choreographer and dancing performer at Universal Studios Hollywood for almost 5 years. Katie owned and operated a booming boutique Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training studio in Sherman Oaks, CA while teaching at the world famous Liv’Art Dance Studio in North Hollywood, CA with the best in the industry.
After relocating to Huntersville, Katie joined the staff at JDS and has fallen in love with her students and looks forward to sharing her appreciation for the art of dance everyday.
